I’m S.T. Griffon, a writer, former U.S. Army paratrooper, and lifelong learner. My life has been shaped by change, reinvention, and the discovery that moving forward sometimes requires questioning what we thought defined us.

I’m drawn to stories about identity, resilience, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again. I believe some of the most meaningful journeys are not about becoming someone new, but about rediscovering who we were always meant to be.

When I’m not writing, I’m usually reading, exploring somewhere new, or spending time with my dogs, Jasper and Lola. I’m endlessly curious about people, places, and the experiences that shape who we become.
